Calcul du montant : Le montant de chaque cycle de facturation est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 selon la m\u00e9thode suivante :<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2 translation-block\">a) Le prix de base correspondant au tarif souscrit par l'utilisateur coach s'applique, qui comprend un nombre sp\u00e9cifique de clients actifs, comme indiqu\u00e9 sur la page des tarifs de LIFEMOON. <br>b) Le pic maximal de clients actifs atteint pendant le cycle de facturation est calcul\u00e9. <br>c) Pour chaque client actif d\u00e9passant le nombre de clients inclus dans le prix de base (clients suppl\u00e9mentaires), le montant correspondant par client suppl\u00e9mentaire sera factur\u00e9 selon le tarif souscrit.<br>d) Le montant total du cycle sera \u00e9gal au prix de base plus le co\u00fbt des clients suppl\u00e9mentaires identifi\u00e9s.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">6.4. Taxes : les prix n'incluent pas la TVA. Module de paiement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 : LIFEMOON propose un module de paiement Stripe en option permettant aux utilisateurs entra\u00eeneurs de facturer directement leurs clients finaux. LIFEMOON pr\u00e9l\u00e8ve une commission de gestion sur les transactions trait\u00e9es. Stripe applique ses tarifs standard. LIFEMOON n'intervient pas dans la relation contractuelle entre l'utilisateur entra\u00eeneur et le client final. Les utilisateurs entra\u00eeneurs indemnisent LIFEMOON en cas de r\u00e9clamations li\u00e9es \u00e0 ces paiements.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">6.8. Collaborateurs : les utilisateurs entra\u00eeneurs peuvent inviter des collaborateurs qui travaillent sous leur supervision exclusive. LIFEMOON ne g\u00e8re pas les relations professionnelles ou \u00e9conomiques entre l'utilisateur entra\u00eeneur et le collaborateur. L'utilisateur entra\u00eeneur est enti\u00e8rement responsable vis-\u00e0-vis de ses collaborateurs.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">8.3.
