Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via your financial dashboard, based on your active customers.
Do my customers need to pay anything?
No. The app and access to its plans are completely free for your clients. Only you pay for the subscription as a coach.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There’s no minimum contract period or binding contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard without incurring any penalties.
What is a customised app featuring my brand?
With plans that include a custom app, your customers can download an app on iOS and Android featuring your name, logo and colours. This gives you your own professional app.
Can I manage clients from any country?
Yes. Lifemoon works anywhere in the world. You and your clients can access it from any device and location, with no geographical restrictions.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. We comply with the European GDPR; your data and that of your customers is stored on servers within the EU, with daily automatic backups and end-to-end encryption.
What does the finance dashboard include?
You can view your revenue by customer, track which customers have outstanding payments, and get a clear picture of your business’s financial health in real time.
Do I need to be a tech expert?
Not at all. Lifemoon is designed for coaches, not IT specialists. The interface is very intuitive, and the support team guides you through the entire setup process.
